Precious Moms was a wonderful outlet for news and information of dedicated moms and the decision to close the site was not an easy one. Video Game Rating System

If you've bought software or a video game lately, you may have noticed a small symbol on the front of the box and wondered what it stood for.
These ratings, determined by the Entertainment Software Ratings board (ESRB), let buyers know which games are suitable for certain age groups, from toddlers to teens.
However, not all games are rated. Since the system is not mandatory, if a manufacturer doesn't include one on the box, it doesn't mean the software or game is inappropriate. Beware though for games with Mature or Adult Symbols on them. These are inappropriate for children.
