Satisfaction Guaranteed - If any purchase from PreciousMoments.com or the Precious Moments Park Catalog does not meet with your expectations, please return your item, the packing slip, and your reason for the return within 30 days of receipt. We will gladly refund your purchase price, less shipping and handling. The Chapel Mail Order Division is open Monday - Saturday from 8am to 6pm CST.
Shipping Time - On orders placed by phone, fax, mail or on our Website, we make every attempt to ship you order within 2-3 business days of order receipt. Actual delivery time is longer. Continental US please allow 7-10 business days, outside the Continental US, delivery time depends on the shipping address. On orders placed by personal check, please allow two to three weeks. For seasonal periods, please allow 10-14 business days. (Please remember, Saturday is not considered a business day.)

Express Shipping - Please add $15 to standard delivery charge for 3 - 5 day service & $25 to standard delivery charge for 2 - 3 day service.
International Orders - Please fax your order or use this Website. Delivery times vary greatly. We do not have Express Delivery on International orders. Duties are the responsibility of the person receiving the merchandise. Each country has different rates they charge. Merchandise held by customs is considered to delivery by Precious Moments Mail Order.

Product Availability - From time to time, some of our products may not be available for at once delivery. On orders that are mailed or faxed to us, please let us know if it is okay to back order. On phone orders, we will advise you if any item is not available for at once shipment. On Website orders, please call 800-445-2220 if you are concerned about immediate availability. (Especially if you want express or next day delivery.)
Express Delivery - With phone orders placed before 1 p.m. CST, Express Delivery is available to most Continental US addresses, if the item is available for at once shipment. Next day delivery is available, please call for rates. On Internet orders placed on today's date, express delivery will occur the next business day. Express delivery is not available on orders placed by personal check and not available to PO Boxes.
Holiday Season - We make every attempt to ship your order in 3-4 business days after receipt. Express orders, 3-4 business day delivery will be processed the next business day after you have placed them on our Website. If you wish them to be shipped on today's date, please call 800-445-2220 before 1p.m. CST. The same thing is true on Next day orders. During the Holiday Season this year, express delivery is not guaranteed on orders placed on or after December 16th. Next day is not guaranteed on orders placed after December 20th.
