Precious Moments is sad to announce that we will will be closing down Precious Moms on October 30th. Precious Moms was a wonderful outlet for news and information of dedicated moms and the decision to close the site was not an easy one. Mini Ham with Sweet Sauce

Everyone loves this ham.

1 (2-pound) 96% fat-free mini ham
1 (8-ounce) can pineapple slices
4 red maraschino cherries
1 cup diet cola
½ cup dark brown sugar
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Spray a slow cooker with nonfat cooking spray. Secure the pineapple slices to the top and sides of the ham using toothpicks. Secure 1 cherry in the center of each pineapple slice with a toothpick. Place the ham in the slow cooker and pour the diet cola over the ham. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours.

After 2 hours, in a small saucepan add the brown sugar, allspice, and juices from the slow cooker. Cook and stir until boiling and pour the sauce over the ham back into the slow cooker. Cover and cook for 1 more hour.

Remove the ham from the slow cooker and place on a pretty serving plate. Place the glaze in a small bowl.

Remove the toothpicks right before you are ready to slice the ham. Pour some of the glaze over each slice of ham.
