Elizabeth Edwards started blogging in 2005 while pregnant with her third child and ordered to go on bedrest. She started her first blog, Table for Five, as a way to connect with other Moms. Two years later, she has five blogs, and now considers herself both a stay-at-home Mom and a professional blogger.

Growing up the daughter of two teachers, Elizabeth was exposed to a wide range of books at an early age. She chose English as a major at first Albion College and then Michigan State University, and loved spending four years reading great literature and writing research papers. She now focuses her writing on her three main blogging topics-parenting, product reviews, and recipes.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Elizabeth took a job with a major credit union, working her way up through the loan department, until deciding while pregnant with her second child that what she really wanted to do was to stay home and be a Mom to her two kids. Recently, she accepted a job as a Customer Service Representative for an online company, which will allow her to be home for her kids and earn an income as well.

Groups and organizations with which Elizabeth is involved include Parent Bloggers Network, Mothertalk, Vocalpoint, and BlogWorks. In addition, her blogs have been nominated for Best Parenting Blog and Best Blog About Stuff in the Blogger's Choice Awards, and she has been featured on 5 Minutes for Mom, Mommybloggers, BlogWorks,and Fine Art of Blogging.
