Yum! You’ll be the talk of the town when you serve this at your rehearsal dinner. This multi-purpose recipe is so versatile! It is great with baked tortilla chips, reduced-fat butter flavored crackers, angel food cake, cottage cheese, and turkey or lean pork roast.
1 cup whole fresh cranberries
½ cup crushed pineapple
½ cup Splenda Granular
½ cup sugar-free strawberry preserves
Put the cranberries in a food processor and process for 30 seconds or until cranberries are finely chopped.
Add the strawberry preserves and Splenda and process for 30 seconds.
Place the cranberry mixture into a small mixing bowl and stir in the pineapple.
Yield: 12 (2-tablespoon) servings
