2 pounds fresh asparagus spears, about 7 cups
1 cup water
1 pound imitation crabmeat
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
3 tablespoons blue cheese crumbles, firmly packed
1 teaspoon parsley
