Precious Moments is a nationally recognized giftware company seeking an aggressive and eager individual to develop and implement sales programs in specialized wholesale and direct-to-consumer markets.
Here’s an example: We produce a line of adorable ballerina figurines. Your job would be to find opportunities for them in both the wholesale (dancewear retailers, dance studios, etc.) and direct to consumer (dance clubs, etc.) markets. You would develop plans and initiatives to get the products in front of the right audience, giving them the best opportunity to succeed. And that’s just one example! We have products geared towards many specialized interests, from hobbies and occupations to nationally licensed characters. Requirements
The right candidate will:
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a related field.
- Be experienced in developing new leads and closing new accounts
- Be experienced in developing and implementing sales campaigns
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion to achieve results in your segment of the business.
- Be “web savvy” – demonstrating a practical understanding of web based research and practices.
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; responsive, quick and energetic.
- Be bold and creative; a trail blazer
- Have the tenacity to follow through on requests, queries and pitches and get rapid results.
- Be a self-starter, working autonomously and without a high level of support infrastructure.

WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR – Full Time
PRECIOUS MOMENTS, INC., CARTHAGE, MO
Precious Moments is searching for an experienced warehouse supervisor. Responsibilities include overseeing personnel responsible for sorting and placing items in specified locations according to established procedures, picking items from warehouse inventory to complete customer orders, packing orders for shipment, inspecting products prior to packing, shipping customer orders, performing general housekeeping and maintenance duties in warehouse environment, and other duties as assigned. Must be able to plan and schedule work assignments based on daily needs, train, coach, and evaluate staff regarding performance, monitor and maintain a safe working environment and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, and perform routine recordkeeping duties.
The qualified candidate will have 3 to 5 years previous warehouse experience with at least 2 years at the supervisory level. A high school diploma or general equivalency degree (GED) is required. Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a repeated basis, work independently, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, and demonstrate good organizational skills. Must show an attention to detail, have good analytical and problem solving skills, have basic math skills, be dependable and have a strong customer service focus.

FOOD SERVICES MANAGER – Full Time, Seasonal
PRECIOUS MOMENTS PARK, CARTHAGE, MO
We are seeking a dedicated person to oversee all aspects of “Royal Delights”, our deli and snack shop, located inside the Precious Moments Park’s Visitor Center. Duties include food and labor cost control and analysis, purchasing, hiring, training and scheduling small staff, overseeing restaurant’s overall service, products, cash handling, sanitation, taking and processing group reservations, and other duties as assigned.
The qualified candidate will have at least 2 years food service supervisory or related experience. Must be motivated, dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and flexible. Strong customer service focus is necessary. A good past attendance record and work history are required.
This is a seasonal position, working full time mid-March through December, and off during January and February. Except for special events, this position is day shifts only. We offer a competitive salary based upon experience and an excellent benefit package including medical, dental, 401K, vacation, etc.

CUSTOMER SERVICE GREETER – Part Time, Seasonal

This is the perfect position for someone who has great customer service skills and enjoys meeting new people. This position serves as an ambassador to our visitors by providing outstanding customer service, greeting guests, providing directions and general information, and more. Qualified candidates will have previous customer service experience and exceptional people skills. Must be dependable and able to stand for long periods.
