These babies are out-of-this-world delicious. My family gobbled them up so fast.
2 cups homemade baking mix (click the link for the recipe)
1 tablespoon imitation butter-flavored sprinkles
¾ cup fat-free, low-carb milk
1 cup extra-lean ham, chopped into small pieces
1 cup fat-free shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Spray two cookie sheets with nonfat cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the baking mix, butter sprinkles, and milk and stir with a fork until well blended.
Add the chopped ham and Cheddar cheese and stir until combined.
Drop by the rounded tablespoon onto the prepared pan.
Bake for 8 to 9 minutes.
Yield: 16 (1-biscuit) servings
