The flavor was a huge hit.
8 egg whites
4 whole eggs
1 cup fat-free, low-carb French vanilla liquid creamer
¼ cup Splenda Granular
2 loaves light white bread
In a medium-size mixing bowl stir with a whisk the egg whites, whole eggs, French vanilla creamer, and Splenda coloring.
Preheat a skillet or griddle to medium heat.
Spray the preheated skillet or griddle with nonfat cooking spray immediately before placing the dipped bread on the prepared cooking surface. Do not spray it too far in advance or the spray may get too hot and darken the French toast.
Dip each piece of bread into the egg mixture and place in the prepared skillet or griddle. Turn when the bottom of the French toast is lightly browned.
Remove from the skillet when they are lightly browned on both sides.
