Romantic Anniversary Breakfast in Bed Menu & Timeline

Wear something extra-romantic to deliver this breakfast in bed to the love of your life. Think of how special your loved one will feel when surprised with this thoughtful gift of love to start the special day. It’s very simple to put together so you can enjoy it too.
 
Menu:

Puffy Seafood Omelet
Cinnamon Toast
Chocolate Almond Steamer
Mimosa (nonalcoholic)
 
Supplies:
Blender
Champagne flutes
Breakfast tray
Red rose
Love note or a small gift
Large heart-shaped cookie cutter-optional
 
Timeline:

  1. Twenty minutes before you are ready to serve, place a single red rose, a love note, and, if you have one, a small gift on a breakfast tray. 
  2. Prepare the Puffy Seafood Omelet.
  3. While the omelet is cooking, start the Cinnamon Toast and put the water in the microwave for the Chocolate Almond Steamer.
  4. Put the butter and cinnamon mixture on the toast.
  5. Finish the Chocolate Almond Steamer.
  6. Make the Mimosa.
  7. Divide the omelet and place it on two plates.
  8. Turn on soft romantic music.
  9. Place food and beverages on breakfast tray.
  10. Deliver with a smile and a sweet kiss.

1 loaf light bread
8 ounces imitation crabmeat
 8 ounces cooked shrimp, peeled and cleaned
1 (8-ounce) container egg substitute
Fat-free, low-carb milk
Fat-free shredded mozzarella cheese
Light butter
Nonfat dairy liquid creamer
8 ounces light orange juice beverage
Splenda Granular
Splenda packets
Nonfat cooking spray
Fat-free mayonnaise
Ground cinnamon
Almond extract
Fat-free, sugar-free hot chocolate mix
Sparkling white grape juice
Fresh parsley sprigs (optional)
