Oh, man! I thought I’d died and gone to heaven. It’s hard to believe something this soothing and delicious is fat-free and sugar-free too.
2 cups water
2 packets dry fat-free, sugar-free hot chocolate mix*
4 tablespoons nonfat dairy liquid creamer
2 individual packets Splenda
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
Heat the water in a microwave for 2 minutes.
Put the water, hot chocolate mix, creamer, Splenda, and almond extract in a blender. Cover the blender, leaving a slight space between the lid and the blender to let steam escape.
Process in the blender on highest speed for 20 to 30 seconds, or until the mix has a nice frothy top when the blender is turned off.
Pour into two mugs and serve immediately.
